The whole practice is professional, friendly and helpful , from G.Ps , Nurses, other clinical Professionals and Receptionists. Office and Telephonists are no exception either , always offering assistance & advice.
Excellent Service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There is usually a 2-3 week wait for routine/no-urgent GP appointments. Once all of the available routine appointments are full, patients will have to wait until the next rota release before we can offer further routine appointments. For urgent on the day health concerns please contact the surgery and your request will be passed to the duty doctor. If they are not able to resolve your problem over the phone they will book you a face-to-face appointment for that day.

Have to call on the phone and usually have a very long wait to get to speak to someone. If you try to book in person the receptionists tell you to use the phone.
Suggested improvements
15 minute wait for a shingles jab seemed a long time. Booking in on the computer in the reception area means you feel a bit unsure you are actually in the system if the wait gets very long. Perhaps the reception staff should inform waiting patients if there is going to be a long delay

The appointment system is greatly improved and appointments are usually readily available with the nurses, but I’m not so sure about getting a face to face visit to a Doctor.
